Work that is documented, so you know what was changed and why.
What goes wrong with a washer
Leaking Water
UrgentWater pools at one side during fill or spin, and the hose connections behind the machine are dry — so it is coming from inside.
Causes & fix →Not Draining
UrgentThe tub still holds water at the end of the cycle and the machine will not advance to spin.
Causes & fix →Not Spinning
CommonIt reaches a slow tumble and never ramps to spin, so the cycle finishes with the load barely wrung out.
Causes & fix →Tripping Breaker
UrgentIt runs a full cycle cold and trips reliably once the heat stage begins.
Causes & fix →Excessive Vibration
MinorIt bangs hard at one point in the spin ramp, settles above that speed, and does it again on the way back down.
Causes & fix →Drum Not Turning
CommonThe drum will not turn by hand either, which points at a seized bearing or roller rather than a broken belt.
Causes & fix →Washer brands we service
Each brand has its own page: model lines, documented failures and how its parts are sourced.

Common questions
Answered before you call.
What happens when a technician arrives?
First the fault is reproduced and measured, then you get an explanation of the failure in plain terms and what putting it right requires. Nothing is replaced on a guess.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
You're covered by our 18-month labor warranty and 90-day parts warranty. If the same fault recurs in that period, the follow-up visit is free.
Are the parts genuine?
Genuine parts where the repair calls for them — and an honest answer when a component is discontinued and the only route is an equivalent.
Will you tell me if it is not worth fixing?
We will say so. If the failure is one that takes a unit past sensible repair — a failed sealed system on an old cabinet, say — you get that assessment rather than a part you would replace again next year.
