What the cover does and does not include
- Component-scoped
- Cover applies to the specific component repaired or replaced, not to unrelated failures elsewhere in the unit.
- Not covered
- Misuse, power surges, pest damage and failures caused by another trade’s work.
- Keep the invoice
- The invoice is the warranty proof — it names the part, the technician and the date.
- Aftermarket parts
- If someone else fitted a non-OEM part, we warranty our labor but not their component.
